Three ways this work tends to show up, each grounded in something I've built before, not a framework I'm proposing for the first time.

Channel & Partner Strategy

Most solar, storage, and e-mobility companies hit a ceiling on direct sales alone. I help you design and stand up the channel model: partner selection, onboarding, enablement, and the internal structure to support it, without the growth dip that usually comes with the transition.

What this looks like: Partner program design, channel conflict resolution, partner screening/onboarding process, sales enablement infrastructure.

Proof point: Led a global e-mobility company's shift from an almost entirely direct sales model to a majority-channel model, and revenue grew significantly through the transition, not despite it. Full numbers in the portfolio.

Market Entry & New Verticals

Opening a new geography or a new product vertical inside an existing company is a different discipline than running an established one. I've done it repeatedly, from zero pipeline to a real market.

What this looks like: Market entry strategy and sequencing, first-account and anchor-partner strategy, go-to-market plan for a new vertical inside an existing commercial org.

Proof point: Launched a solar developer's first international market from zero to a meaningful pipeline within a year, and opened a new vertical that became the company's largest pipeline driver. Full numbers in the portfolio.

GTM & Commercial Leadership

Fractional or advisory commercial leadership for companies that have outgrown founder-led sales but aren't ready for (or don't need) a full-time executive hire yet.

What this looks like: Sales org design, pipeline and forecasting process, strategic account management, interim/fractional commercial leadership.

Proof point: Built a battery storage business line from the ground up into nine figures of committed volume in two years, while managing one of the company's largest strategic accounts. Full numbers in the portfolio.
